摘要
在碱性介质中,铜对空气氧化二苯碳酰二肼显红色的反应有较强的催化作用,据此建立了痕量铜的新催化动力学光度法。本法铜含量在0.05~0.25μg/27mL范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。用本法测定了自来水、桔子水及标准水样中的铜,获得满意的结果。
Based on the catalytic effect of Cu(Ⅱ) on the chr-omogenic oxidation of diphenylcarbazide by air in a basic medium, a new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) was established. Beer's law is obeyed for Cu(Ⅱ) in the range of 0. 05~0. 25μg/27mL. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.0×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The relative standard deviation (n=6) is 3.9~5.0% and the recoveries is 90~106%. The method has been used to determine Cu (Ⅱ) in tap waters, orangeade and standards water with satisfactorry results.
