摘要
本文较详细地研究了在阿拉伯树胶存在下,Pt(Ⅳ)-SCN-罗丹明B显色体系水相光度法测定痕量铂的新方法,缔合物的最大吸收峰在584nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.61×10~6,Sandell灵敏度为1.21×10^(-4)μg/cm^2Pt。铂含量在0~1.0μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于合成试样中铂的测定,结果较满意。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace amounts of platinum, based on the formation of an ion- association complex of Pt(Ⅳ)-SCN-Rhodamine B in aqueous phase in the presence of arabic gum. The maximum absorption peak of the ion-association complex is at 584nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1. 61×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 584nm. Sandell's sensitivity is 1. 21×10^(-4)μg/cm^2 Pt. Beer's law is obeyed for platinum from 0 to 1.0μg/ 25mL. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of platinum in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
