摘要
目的 阐明海马神经元自发放电的动力学机制。方法 分析长时间顺序记录的猕猴海马神经元自发放电的动作电位间期序列 (ISI)。结果 观察到 4种放电节律 ,并利用一种新的检测时间序列非稳定周期轨道的方法分析ISI序列 ,发现ISI有周期 1、周期 2、周期 3非稳定周期轨道存在 ,表明海马神经元自发放电序列具有确定性动力学机制。结论海马可能是利用神经元放电节律的非线性行为进行信息的编码、传输与处理。
Objective To clarify the dynamic mechanism of the spontaneous discharge of hippocampal neurons in rhesus monkey. Methods The interspike interval (ISI) sequences of discharge of the hippocampal neurons were analyzed. A newly developed unstable periodic orbit (UPO) identification method was used to analyze the ISI sequences. Results Four kinds of spontaneous discharge rhythms were found. Highly significant unstable period 1, period 2 and period 3 in ISI were identified. Significantly determinant dynamic mechanism of the sequences of hippocampal spontaneous discharge was indicated. Conclusion Hippocampus is likely to code, transmit and process information by the nonlinear characteristics of the discharge of neurons.
