医疗纠纷对不同等级医院医护人员身心影响的调查

目的:研究医疗纠纷对菏泽市不同等级医院医护人员身心影响。方法:自行设计调查表,随机向不同等级医院各发放调查表100份,由医护人员自愿填写。结果:紧张度、恐惧程度、思想压力随医院等级的增高而增高,且各级医务人员均处于高度紧张状态及巨大压力之下;人身攻击(言语)和身体伤害(被打)等级越高的医院越易发生;家庭影响三级医院均呈现高度担心状态;医护人员经济赔偿各级医院存在一定差异;对医护人员的处理、医护人员的态度、医护人员得到的经济赔偿、纠纷后医护人员得到的委屈奖以及对工作的影响,各级医院无明显差异,但问题严重。结论:医疗纠纷对不同等级医院医护人员身心有严重影响,呼吁社会各界正确认识此问题的严重性。

Objective To study the influence of medicine on the mentality and body of doctors and nursers in various class hospitals. Methods Investigation tables were designed by ourselves and various class hospitals were received respectively 100 investigation tables. They were filled in by doctors and nurses. Results Degree of nervous and fearness, pressure of thought were increased accompany high class of hospital;And them in various class hospital were high degree state and high pressure; Attack of body and harm of body took place early in high class hospital Influence of family was state of high degree worrying in all 3 class hospitals;There were a certain difference in demages of doctors and nurses in all 3 class hospitals; There were not significantly different in disciplining attitude, getting money compensation inconvenience prize and influence of work of doctors and nurses; But question were serious. Conclusion There was serious influence of medicine dispute on mentality and body of doctors and nurses in various class hospitals. We call on all friends in society to know rightly the question serious.
