摘要
KI0_4-对乙酰基偶氮羧在0.5mol/L HCI介质中加热至沸亦无明显的褪色现象。但有Ru(Ⅲ)存在时,褪色反应在2min内完成且与Ru(Ⅲ)的浓度有很好的线性关系。在此基础上建立了痕量钌的催化分光光度分析法。其检出限为0.1pg/10mL;钌含量在0.1~1.2μg/10mL范围内成直线。反应在水相中直接进行,简便快速,选择性亦好。
A new catalytic Spectrophotometric method for the determination of ruthenium has been established based on the catalytic action of Ru(Ⅲ)on the oxidative fading reaction of pacetylcarboxylazo with KIO_4 in 0.5mol/L HCl in a boiling water bath. The method offers the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity. The limit of detection is 0.1μg/10mL and the linear range is 0.1~1.2μg/mL.
