屈肌腱损伤修复后粘连的防治一直是手外科亟待解决的难题之一。近年来出现了一些预防粘连的新方法 ,包括非生物材料 (如金属材料及非金属材料 )、生物材料、生物制品及药物、射线照射等的应用 ,对预防粘连都有一定的效果。

The adhesion of injuried tendons after surgery is one of the complicated problems perplexing surgeons.In recent years,some new methods preventing the tendon's adhesion have appeared,including application of non biological materials,such as metal and non metal materials,biological materials,biological products,drugs and radiation.All these methods have achieved good results.
