摘要
本文采用石墨炉AAS法直接测定锡基合金中微量铭。试验研究了基体锡、酸良及Pb、Sb、Cu等合金元素对测定铭的影响。选择了最佳灰化温度和最佳原子化温度。试样经酸溶后可直接测定,测定时采用最大功率升温,提高了灵敏度,降低了原子化温度。灵敏度为16pg/1%吸收,测定范围为0.01~0.0002%。方法快速、简便,结果满意。
In this paper GF-AAS determination of micro amount of aluminium in tin-based alloys has been studied. The influences of tin matrix and some alloy elements such as Pb,Sb,Cu on the deterimination of aluminium have also been investigated. The best temperatures of ashing and atomization have been selected. The sample is dissolved in HCI (1+4) and HNO_3 (1+4) and followed by direct GF-AAS determination without any separation and masking procedures. This makes the determination simple and rapid. The application of maximum power heating technique improves the sesitivity greatly and reduces the temperature of atomization. The charateristic concentration is 16pg/ 1% absorption and the determination range is 0.01~0.0002%.
