摘要
本文通过对灰吹过程的假说及热力学分析,导出了银灰吹损失的关系式:Y=e^A·x^B—x。并通过一系列试验表明:银的损失规律完全与此关系式相吻合。相关系数0.999998,校正误差小于0.2%,从而可完全省去二次试金。
The cupellation process in silver assay is studied and a relationship is obtaine for the loss of silver, which is Y=e^A·x^B—x, where Y is the amount of silver loss, A and B constants, and x is the determined silver value. The correlation coefficient is 0.999998 and the correction error is less than 0.2%. The relationship can be used to correct the silver determination value and the corrected values are consistent with the actual concentration of silver, therefore the conventional double assay can be eliminated.
