摘要
本文研究了在PVA、Tween-60或乳化剂OP存在下,以平衡移动法确定了碱性染料(亚甲基蓝、耐尔蓝、罗丹明B、丁基罗丹明B、结晶紫)对铌的摩尔比为1:1至6:1;研究了耐尔蓝、丁基罗丹明B-铌钼杂多酸缔合物的红外光谱;初步探讨了反应机理;比较了几个碱性染料-铌钼杂多酸体系的光度特性。并用耐尔蓝、丁基罗丹明B和结晶紫体系测定了合金钢及某些岩矿中的铌,结果满意。
The molar ratios of Nb (Ⅴ) to basic dyes (Nile blue, methylene blue, rhodamine B, butyl rhodamine B and crystal violet) in ion-associates were established to be 1:1 to 1:6 by equilibrium movement method in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol,Tween-60 and OP. The infrared spectra of ion-associate for Nile blue and butyl rhodamine B-molybdoniobate heteropoly acid have been studied. The mechanism of ion-associate formation has been dicussed. The color systems of basic dyes-molybdonlobate heteropoly acid are tabulated. Among the basic dyes, Nile blue, butyl rhodamine B and crystal violet have been applied to the determination of niobium in steel and some ores and the results were statisfactory.
