摘要
本文研究了5-Br-DMPAP测定微量镍的分光光度法,在表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH4.5~8.0范围内镍与5-Br-DMPAP形成摩尔比为1:2的络合物。ε=9.4×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。镍在0~12μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。经柱上反相色层分离后,方法可满意地用于多金属矿中微量镍的测定。
A Spectrophotometric method for the determination of microamounts of nickel with 5-Br-DMPAP has been investigated. In the presence of emulsifier Triton X-100, a red complex is formed of Ni(Ⅱ) and 5-Br-DMPAP at pH4.5~8.0 with a molar composition ratio of 1:2 and apparent molar absorptivity of 9.4×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0~12μg per 25mL, Microamounts of Ni in complex ores are determined satisfactorily by this method after separation of Ni by reversed-phase column chromatography.
