摘要
本文研究了在α,α′-联吡啶存在下,铜(Ⅱ)离子催化高碘酸钾氧化酸性品红褪色的新指示反应及动力学条件,建立了催化光度法测定痕量铜的方法。检出限为5.3×10^(-10)g/mL,线性范围为0~0.5μg/10mL。操作简单、快速,用于测定饮用水和人发中的铜含量获得满意的结果。
A method for determining trace Cu(Ⅱ) is described based on the catalytic effect of trace copper (Ⅱ) on the decolorizing oxidation reaction of acid fuchsin by potassium periodate in the presence of a,a'-dipyridyl. The detection limit is 5.3×10^(-10)g/mL. The method can be used for analysis of water and human hair with satisfactory results.
