Determination of Chitosan by Zero Current Oscillopotentiometric Titration

本文提出利用零电流示波电位滴定法测定壳聚糖脱乙酰基的程度,即用酸碱滴定回滴法测定壳聚糖中的胺基,以确定壳聚糖的含量。以碳棒-锑电极为指示电极对,观察示波器上荧光点的移动指示滴定终点。

In this paper a new method for determining the degree of deacetylation of chitosans is given. The C and Sb electrodes are put in the titration solution and connected directly to an oscillograph. During the acid-base tiration a sudden change of the fluorescent spot position can be used to indicate the end point of titration of chitosans. The end point is visible and sensitive. The method has been shown to be reliable and simple.
