怪细胞肉瘤的CT及MRI诊断(附21例报告)

Diagnosis of multiforme glioblastoma using CT and MRI (Report of 21 cases)

目的 探讨怪细胞肉瘤的CT和MRI表现 ,达到正确诊断 ,及时治疗。方法 将 2 1例怪细胞肉瘤的CT和MRI表现与手术病理进行对照分析。结果 2 1例肿瘤分布在额叶、颞叶、顶叶、额颞叶、额顶叶。CT表现以混合密度为主 ;MRI表现在T1WI像和T2 WI像以混合信号为主 ;CT和MRI强化后 ,肿瘤不均匀增强 ,可见瘤壁、囊腔、囊壁结节 ,肿瘤周围环绕不规则形水肿。结论 提高怪细胞肉瘤的CT和MRI诊断水平 ,有利于提高本肿瘤的综合治疗水平。

Objective To study CT and MRI features of multiforme glioblastoma for correct diagnosis and timely treatment. Methods CT and MRI features are compared with postoperative pathological diagosis in 21 cases with multiforme glioblastoma. Results All the tumors were located in frontal lobe, temporal lobe, frontaltemporal and temporoparietal lobe, respectively. Mixed density was showed in CT and mixed sigal of T 1 WI and T 2 WI in MRI mainly. The tumors were enhanced inhomogenously after reinforcement in CT and MRI. Tumor was surrounded by irregular edema. Conclusion It will be helpful in combined treatment of the tumor to improve diagnostic value of multiforme glioblastoma using CTand MRI.
