摘要
用鄂粳杂 1号及其双亲筛选了 10 0对SSR引物 ,筛选到的 5对特异引物能在鄂粳杂 1号中扩增出杂合带 ,并利用其中 2对引物对某县种子管理站送检的 2份鄂粳杂 1号样品进行了真伪鉴定。结果表明 ,2份样品与真的鄂粳杂 1号用这 2对引物扩增的DNA带型完全不同 ,可判定送检的鄂粳杂 1号样品是假冒的鄂粳杂
SSR primer pairs were screened in E-geng-za No.1 and its parents, as a result, five SSR primer pairs showed codominant. Two primer pairs among these five particular primer pairs were selected to identify true and false of two samples sequestered by Seed Managing Station of one county.The results indicated that the DNA bands amplified by using the two primer pairs are different between the two samples and E-geng-za No.1, we can determine that the two samples are not the seeds of E-geng-za No.1.
