摘要 用红外光谱法测定光纤用GeCl_4中的含氢杂质。研究了OH、CH和HCI消光系数的测定方法。实验所用的OH、CH和HCl标准溶液的制备方法,是制备一组溶解于液体GeCl4的H_2O(溶于CCl_4)、CH_3OH和HCl(气)的样品,并测定它们的红外谱(4000~15000cm^(-1))。OH、CH和HCl的摩尔吸光系数的实验结果分别为:141.2(2605cm^(-1))、24.4(2940cm^(-1))和21.9(2845cm^(-1))L/mol·cm。 Hydrogen-containing impurities in GeCl_4are determined by infrared spectrophotometry. The studies of methods for determinating the extinction coefficient of OH, CH and HCl are carried out. The standard samples used in experiments are prepared with H_2O (in CCl_4), CH_3OH and HCl (g) being dissolved in liquid GeCl_4 and their infrared spectra (4000~1500cm^(-1)) are measured. The molar extinction coefficients for OH, CH and HCl are 141.2(3605 cm^(-1)),24.4 (2940 cm^(-1)) and 21.9 (2845 cm^(-1)) L/mol·cm respectively.
