摘要
本文研究了测定铍的荧光光度法,在β-环糊精(β-CD)存在下桑色素与铍的反应条件,在0.008mol/L NaOH介质中,铍与桑色素形成配合物,其激发波长为420nm,发射波长为517nm,铍的含量在8~40ng/mL范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系。由于β-CD的存在大大提高了方法的选择性,而灵敏度也有所提高,用于痕量铍的测定可得到满意结果。
In this paper, a new fluorophotometric method for the determination of Be has been studied. The selectivity and sensitivity of fluorescence reaction of morin with Be have been enhanced the presence of β-CD. The determination of trace Be is satisfied by the method.
