Extrapleural approach for children's patent ductus arteriosus

目的 :探讨小儿动脉导管胸膜外手术结扎方法的疗效和优点。方法 :1998年 6月至 2 0 0 2年 4月 ,对 16例 12岁以下的 PDA患者进行了胸膜外手术结扎。结果 :全组无手术死亡 ,无术后肺部感染及导管再通 ,随访 1～ 31个月 ,均恢复良好。结论 :PDA胸膜外结扎是一种相对简单的手术方法 ,创伤小 ,输血少 ,肺部并发症少 ,恢复快 。

Objective:To investigate the effect and advantages of extrapleural approach for children's patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) Methods:From June 1998 to April 2002,a total 16 children's patients under age twelve with ductus arterious were operatived on by extrapleural ligation Results:There were not any operative death in this group.There were not pulmonary infection and recurrence of PDA after operation.The satisfactory result was observed by follow up period ranged from 1 to 31 months Conclusion:Extrapleural approach for children's PDA obviates the pleural drainage tube and minimizes damage in the surgical repair.Blood transfusion and lung complication decrease,indicating that this technique is safe and useful
