全子宫切除后卵巢功能变化的探讨(附138例分析)

An investigation of the ovary function change after complete hysterectomy:Analysis of 138 case

目的 :了解全子宫切除术后保留的卵巢功能变化情况。方法 :对子宫切除保留卵巢的患者 138例进行 3年的随访追踪观察 ,随访内容包括更年期症状、性欲、性激素、血脂及心血管疾病的发生情况等。结果 :子宫切除术后第 2年始卵巢功能明显下降 ,第 3年始卵巢功能极明显下降。结论 :对子宫切除并保留卵巢的患者术后要严密监测卵巢功能 。

Objective:To study the ovary function change after the complete hysterectormy Methods:The menoparuse symptom,sexual desire,sex hormone,lipid and vascular disease were followed up for 3 years in 138 patients with complete hysterectomy Results:The function of ovary obviously descended after 2 years,very obviously descend after 3 years complete hysterectomy was carried out Conclusion:Patients after complete hysterectomy need to observe their ovary function and supplement estrogenic hormone to increase their live quantity
