目的 :通过分析心电向量图 P环改变 ,探讨一种无创性检查方法 ,评定 AMI病人心室功能的参考指标。方法 :通过计算机处理后观察 P环振幅、方位、时限。结果 :AMI病人 P向量环振幅、方位、时限较健康组有明显差异。结论 :是一种非创伤性检查

Objective:To evaluate a non invasive examination for determining the ventricular function of myocardial infarction (AMI) patients,through analysising the changes of P loop in vectorcardial vector Methods:The time limit,direction and amplitude of P loop were observed by the computer's handling Results:There are significant differences between the AMI group and the health group in the time limit,direction and amplitude of the P loop Conclusion:It's a good and non invasive method for determining the ventricular function of AMI patients
