The expression and the distribution of SMAD3 in keloid - derived fibroblasts

目的:研究SMAD3在瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞(Keloid fibroblast,KFB)和正常人皮肤成纤维细胞(Normal skin fibroblast,NFB)中的表达和分布。方法:采用Westem蛋白印迹法和细胞内免疫荧光法测定SMAD3的表达和分布。结果:SMAD3在KFB和NFB两种细胞中的表达差别不大(P>0.05),KFB核内的荧光强度强于NFB。结论:SMAD3在KFB细胞核内的分布高于NFB。

Objective : To study the expression and the distribution of SMAD3 in Keloid fibroblastslKFBl and Normal skin fi-broblasts( NFB). Methods: The expression and the distribution of SMAD3 in KFB and NFB were estimated by using Western blot and intracellular immunofluorescence. Results: The difference of SMAD3 expression between the KFB and the NFB was not observed, but the intensity of the intranuclear fluorescene in KFB was stranger than that in NFB. Conclusion: The distribution of intranuclear SMAD3 in KFB is more than that in NFB.
