Skill of augmentation mammaplasty with fat granule auto - transplantation

目的:总结自体颗粒脂肪移植隆乳的手术技巧。方法:采用一次性注射器吸取自体颗粒脂肪清洗后移植于乳房后间隙, 每侧每次移植40-60mL,共1-5次。结果:接受手术的89例,术后乳房均有体积增大或弹性增加。结论:只要方法得当自体颗 粒脂肪移植是隆乳的可行方法。

Objective: To summarize the operation skill of augmentation mammaplasty with fat granule injection auto-transplantation. Methods: The fat granule was extracted with injectors, and injected to the breast after washing repeatedly. The quantity of fat granule was 40 - 60mL in ome side at the one time, and each patient was treated one to five times. Results: Eighty - nine patients were treated in this method. The obvious absorption of grafts was not observed. The breast looked symmetry, chubbiness and felt soft. Conclusions: It might be a practiced method for augmentation mammaplasty with the fat granule auto - transplantation.
