摘要
本文论述了在IBM PC系列微机上发展的通用汉字色谱工作站.工作站由双通道色谱数据采集卡和三通道控制卡等硬件和中文显示、鼠标驱动及菜单管理的软件组成,能实时采集二个通道的色谱数据和完成三元梯度洗脱.工作站首次采用了相对谱图拟合技术对重叠峰进行解析和定量,性能优于现有的色谱处理系统.
A Chinese character chromatographic workstation developed on the basis of IBM PC/XT/ AT microcomputer is described. It can acquire chromatographic data of two channels at real time and can control ternary gradient elution of HPLC. Relative fitting curve technique is used for the resolution and quantification of overlapping peaks.
