Repair of upper lip defect by reformed abbe lip flap

目的:研究改良Abbe瓣修复上唇缺损的方法及临床效果。方法:选取16例上唇缺损的患者,采用改良Abbe瓣修复上唇缺损。结果:16例患者的Abbe瓣均成活,患者上唇外形得到明显改善。结论:改良Abbe瓣可改善患者的上唇外形,缓解患者的生理和心理负担,是一种理想的修复上唇缺损的方法。

Objective: To research the methods and clinical effect of reformed Abbe lip flap transfer to repair upper lip defect. Methods: Abbe lip flap was used to repair upper lip defect in 16 cases. Results: Abbe lip flap survived in all cases and the shape of lips were obviously repaired. Conclusions: Abbe lip flap transfer was an ideal method to repair upper lip defect, it could improve the shape of lip, and release the physiological and psychological burden of patients.
