中老年人上睑松垂的治疗

The clinical experience of treatment of senile blepharoptoasis

目的:探讨中老年人上睑松垂的整复方法。方法:采用睑去除,眉去除及睑眉联合去除三种方法,矫正不同程度的上睑松垂,对上睑臃肿及凹陷严重病例采用选择性脂肪去除,上睑去表皮翻转填充的方法整复。结果:全部病例均I期愈合良好,形态及功能满意。结论:该方法简单,实用,对矫正中老年人上睑松垂可取得较好的临床效果。

Objective: To study and discuss the methods of reparation of senile blepharoptosis. Methods: To remove the ble-pharopfosis of different degrees, using three methods of removal of eyelid, eyebrow or eyelid and eyebrow.
