松嫩平原两种趋异类型羊草实验种群对盐碱胁迫的水分响应 被引量:22

Water characteristics on salt-alkali resistance of two divergent types in experimental Leymus chinensis populations in the Songnen Plain of China

摘要 采用盆栽实验,对灰绿和黄绿两个类型羊草,在幼苗期分别用NaCl、Na2CO3和混合盐碱胁迫进行植株含水率和水势等水分指标测定。定量分析结果表明,在盐碱条件下2个类型羊草实验种群的植株含水率、水势有显著或极显著差异。灰绿型羊草耐盐碱能力强于黄绿型。2个类型羊草实验种群耐盐碱水分特性已产生分化。 The comparative study of water characteristics reaction on salt, alkali and mixed salt stress in two divergent Leymus chinensis types:grey green type and yellow green type was made. At the stage of seedling, water content of plant and water potential of leaves were determined in potting expeniments of the two divergent types with stress of salt, alkali and mixed salt. The results of quantitative analysis showed that the difference of water content of plant, water potential of leaves were significant or extremely significant in the two divergent types. With increase of concentration of salt, alkali and mixed salt the curve of water content went up firstly, and then fell down. The highest value was bigger than that in CK. The experiments also indicated that there were salt alkali resistance in both divergent types. The grey green type showed more salt alkali tolerant than the yellow green type. The highest value of water content of plants in Na 2CO 3 soil was smaller than that in mixed salt or NaCl soil. It was suggested that the two divergent types of Leymus chinensis were more Na 2CO 3 tolerant then mixed salt or NaCl tolerant. The auther suggested that the grey green type and yellow green type were different ecotypes according to the significant differentiation of water characteristics and salt alkali resistance in the two divergent types.
