介绍了将国产柱后反应装置用于检测氨基甲酸酯类农药的方法.用c 18柱,乙醇/水为流动相,非线性梯度洗脱,使多种氨基甲酸酯类化合物得到分离,最小检出量为0.1～0.2ng,在0.1～0.2ng范围内线性关系良好.
Seven methylcarbamate compounds are separated on a Cl8 column with nonlinear gradient elution of ethanol/water. The conditions for post-column reaction are studied. The minimum detection limits of thes compounds are between 0. 1 to 0.2ng,
