摘要
介绍了FIA-91型微机化流动注射分析仪的研制.仪器由双蠕动泵、16孔阀、单光束光栅分光单色器及单片机应用系统组成,有八种程控实验模式和多种数据处理功能.在波长320～820nm范围内能自动进行波长扫描和波长设定.
A newly developed Model FIA-91 flow injection analyer is introduced. The analyzer is composed of two peristaltic pumps, a 16-port valve, a single beam grating spectrophotometric detector and a single chip computer application system. It possesses of eight program-controlled experimental modes and various kinds of data processing functions. Auto wavelength scanning and auto wavelength setting can be performed in the range of 320-820nm.
