摘要
三峡双线连续五级永久船闸 ,充分利用三峡花岗岩高强度的条件 ,闸室采用锚固于岩石直立边坡上的混凝土薄衬砌墙结构 ,使边坡岩体成为结构的组成部分。为提高边坡岩体的稳定性 ,共使用了 2 2 9束 10 0 0kN和 3975束 30 0 0kN的预应力锚索对边坡岩体进行加固 ,并安装了 113台锚索测力计对锚索的受力状态进行监测 ,在使用锚索的数量及安装测力计台数上均属世界少有。三峡船闸高边坡预应力锚索的结构特点、施工工艺控制。
The Three Gorges double channel and continuous five step permanent ship lock has made full use of the conditions of the high strength granite in the Three Gorges dam site and its gate chambers adopts the thin concrete lining wall structure anchored in the vertical side slope rock so that it makes the side slope rock body become its part of the structure. In order to increase the stability of rock body in the side slope, 229 and 3975 pre stressed anchorage cables each with 1000 kN and 3000 kN respectively have been used to reinforce the rock body in the side slope. 113 anchorage cable dynamometers have been installed to monitor the stress conditions of anchorage cable. The used anchorage cable amount and installed dynamometer sets are rare in any projects in the world. The application results of the pre stressed anchorage cable for the high side slope of Three Gorges Ship Lock, such as its structural features, construction control, reinforced effectiveness analysis, new non bonded anchorage cable test and development, etc all have been worth of popularization.
