低频减负荷方案中计及调速器的水轮机模型的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着水力发电在我国电力系统中所占比重的增加 ,水轮机在系统事故时的反应成为研究重点。基于计及调速器的水轮机模型 ,推导出频率差变化率与系统功率缺额的关系 ,在此基础上发展了自适应切负荷方法。通过考察水轮机模型与汽轮机模型在相同功率缺额时频率响应的差别 ,比较了水轮机模型投入切负荷方案与否的频率变化曲线不同 ,并通过设计不同的自适应切负荷方案 ,总结了该模型下低频切负荷方案的一些新特点。 With the raise of the percent that hydraulic electrical power takes in the whole power system of china, the response of hydraulic turbines when system accident occurs has become an important research field. This paper is based on the hydraulic turbine model with governor and deduces equations of ROCOF and system power shortage from which the adaptive method is developed. The difference between hydraulic turbine model and steam turbine model is studied. The effect of whether carrying out the low frequency load shedding schemes is considered as well. Several adaptive load shedding schemes are designed and from which some new rules are deduced which should be followed when designing low frequency load shedding with hydraulic turbine model.
