摘要
为探讨多层钢胶复合材料的力学性能及联合工作特征进行了大量试验。试验验证了多层钢胶复合材料构件截面在弯矩作用下仍符合平截面假定 ,并揭示出粘胶层厚度及所处位置对该复合材料的破坏形态和承载力有密切关系。基于此 ,提出了该种材料构件设计方法及相应的计算公式。公式计算结果与实测的数据符合较好 ,所提计算方法可供工程设计参考。
Experiments have been carried out to explore mechanical properties and co working characteristics of the multilayer steel glue composite material. Experiments verify that the section of this material is still in accordance with the plate section assumption under the action of bending moment, and experiments reveal that the thickness and the location of the adhesive glues are closely related with destructive patterns and bearing capacity. On the basis of that, the design method and suitable formula are presented. The calculation conforms with experimental data perfectly and the method may be a reference for the engineering design.
