摘要
每个企业都实施不同的知识管理模式 ,以求得生存和发展 ,如编码管理模式和人性化管理模式。笔者根据知识管理的内涵及近 10年来一些企业的实践经验 ,提出了企业知识管理的一般模式 ,即在企业文化的指导下 ,以企业制度作为规范和保障 ,以信息系统为依托进行知识管理 ,促进隐性知识和显性知识及各自相互之间的转换 ,达到知识创新的目标。这种模式充分体现了以人为本的人文管理思想和以知识为管理对象的先进的符合知识经济特征的管理方法。
In order to exist and develop,every enterprise has been implementing different management model.Based on the implications of knowledge management and practices of some enterprise,the author puts forward general enterprise knowledge mangement model.The model depends on information system,guaranteed by enterprise regulations under the envirenment of enterprise culture.besides,it is the ultimate intention of knowledge management that promoting convision between codified knowledge and tacit knowledge and themselves so as to attaint the aim of knowledge innvvoation.The management model competely has embodied humanislic management thoughs,and conformed to knowledge economy characteristics.So it is a advanced management method.
