随着信息数字化的发展 ,传统图书馆受到了强烈的冲击。馆员作为图书馆整体不可分割的一部分 ,角色需要重定位。针对馆员角色的变化 ,本文提出了一些应对策略。

With the development of information digital,traditional library is lashed violently.Librarians,as an indispensable part of the whole library,need orientating their roles.The paper points out some measures to the roles change of librarians.
