摘要 基于信息素养教育已成为国外高等教育改革的热点之一 ,本文在介绍了信息素养定义和信息素养能力的基础上 ,重点探讨了信息素养的理论基础、教育的目的和内容以及教学策略和模型。 The informational literacy education was became a hot pot in higher educational reform at abroad.In this paper the authors introduced the rationale?goals and contant of information literacy educational,and teaching strategies and educational model of information literacy.
