摘要
本文分析了电信运营业的信息化现状及存在的问题 ,提出了电信运营企业信息化的总体框架和实施步骤 ,并对实施策略及实施中应注意的若干问题进行了分析和阐述。
The paper analyze the situation and problem of telecom operators informatization. The overall scheme and realization of enterprise informatization is provided. Finally,the reatlized strategy and noteworthy problems are described.
