摘要
以In/Ga电极作为参考电极,研究讨论了铝电极厚度对最终PTC元件性能的影响,并得出了最佳厚度参数。采用差热分析法,观察了在升温过程中铝电极的物理化学变化,并详细讨论了影响铝电极烧渗过程的三个重要参数:升温速度,最高烧渗温度及保温时间与元件性能的关系。得出在本电极组成条件下,最佳工艺参数:丝网目数为220目,升温时间为10 min,最高烧渗温度为660℃,保温时间为10 min。
Al electrode is well known as an ohmic contact electrode for the PTC component, However its printing and firing process is very difficult to control .In this article , the influence of its thickness(d) on final component properties are investigated by comparing its ohmic characteristic with the one of In/Ga electrode . After observing the physical and chemical behaviors during rising temperature by thermal analysis (DTA), the firing operation of Al electrode can be divided into three subsections: the rising time (tr), the peak firing temperature (θp) and the hold time at peak firing temperature (th). The effects of these three parameters on final component properties have been discussed and a conclusion is drew that the optimal printing and firing process is as following : tr=10 min, θp=660℃,th=10 mim.
