超细粉末的组织结构分析——高分辨电镜的应用

介绍了超细粉末组织结构研究中高分辨电镜的应用现状和存在的困难;给出Fe超微颗粒的组织结构和高分辨点阵图象;指出高分辨电镜的应用,将提供有关超细粉末组织结构的重要科学信息。

The present status and difficulty on application of high-resolution electron microscope during microstructural studies of ultrafine-particles have been introduced. The microstructure and high-resolution lattice images of a ultrafine iron powder particles were shown.It is indicated that important information on microstructure of ultrafine particles will be given by using high-resolution eletron microscope.
