摘要
基于工作价值观的视角,探讨新生代农民工获得的社会支持对工作绩效影响机制的概念模型和基本假设,通过对420位新生代农民工问卷调查和实证分析,结果发现:(1)新生代农民工获得的社会支持对工作绩效具有正向影响;(2)新生代农民工工作价值观在社会支持和工作绩效之间起中介作用。同时,对如何提升新生代农民工社会支持,形成健康的工作价值观,创造较高的工作绩效给出了相应启示。
Based on the perspective of work value,this paper discussed the conception model and basic assumptions about the impact of social support of new-generation peasant workers on work performance.Then through the investigation and empirical analysis of 420 questionnaires,it found:(1) social support of newgeneration peasant workers affected their work performance positively;(2) work value of new-generation peasant workers acts as a partial mediator between their social support and work performance.Meanwhile,this paper provided some enlightenment about how to increase the social support of new-generation peasant workers,develop healthy work value and create great work performance.
