财政科技支出对工业企业生产效率影响的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Financial Technology Investment to Productive Efficiency of Enterprises

经济"新常态"条件下,我国科技发展正在超过以往任何时候愈益成为增强国家综合实力的主要途径以及解决当前和未来可能产生的重大问题的根本手段。企业作为科创主战场,其科技活动必然需要政府的支持与引导。为了研究财政鼓励企业研发活动的支出对企业生产效率的作用效果,本文以我国大、中型工业企业为例,利用随机前沿方法测算了企业科技经费筹集中政府资金对企业生产效率的影响。研究结果表明:财政对企业科技发展的投入对企业生产效率的影响是积极的;财政对企业科技发展的投入占企业科技发展经费的比例越高,企业的效率水平越低。

Peoples have to understand fully the importance of scientific and technological progress and innovation under the new economic conditions.The government will continue to provide support for the innovation of manufacturers which are the main fields to universalize science and technology.We do not know to what extent the financial technology investment altered the productive efficiency.Consequently,we take large and medium sized enterprises as illustrations to measurement the effect of financial technology investment to the productive efficiency.The analyzing results indicate that financial technology investment and the productive efficiency are positively related.But,the increasing of proportion of financial technology investment of nation is un-conducive to the enhancement of enterprise efficiency.
