Environmental Disturbance and the Progress of Scientific Technology:Study on the Relationship Between the Industrial Economic Development and the Environment and Prospect

随着工业化程度的不断加深,资源的索取与对环境的干涉已渐渐超出生态环境所能承受的范围,并对人类的社会活动造成极大的破坏。在此情况下,如何实现工业经济与环境协调发展已成为当代学者研究的重要议题。工业经济与环境间的主要关系为EKC曲线。研究涉及工业地理学、社会学、工业生态学和经济学等不同学科,不足之处在于国内研究较为落后国外、视角单一和工业-环境作用机理的研究不足。梳理发现二者关系的研究建立在生态承载力的基础上,工业经济布局、技术水平和产业转型升级、市场和政策是影响二者间关系的重要因素。

With the deepening of the degree of industrialization, resource extraction and environmental interference has gradually beyond the scope that the ecological environment can bear, and the social activity of human were damaged. In this case, how to realize the industrial economy and environment coordinated development has become an important topic of contemporary scholars study. The main relationship between industrial economy and environment is the EKC curves . Research involving industrial geography, sociology, ecology, economicsi and so on , shortcoming in relatively backward foreign, domestic research perspective, single and mechanism research of industry and environment. Found the relationship between research based on the ecological carrying capacity, on the basis of the industrial economy layout, technical level and the transformation and upgrading of industry, market and policy are the important factors influencing the relationship between them.
