摘要
研究了用旋转叶片法制得的快速凝固粉末热挤压成形的Al-Fe-Ce-Ti-(Si)合金的显微组织和性能。结果表明,在合金中加入Ti元素可以提高合金的再结晶温度,而加入Si时,由于形成的α-Al_(12)(Fe,Ti)_3Si相抗粗化能力较差,致使高温强度下降。不加Si的01合金由于含有大量热稳定性好的第二相,在573K时强度达到275MPa。
The paper has studied the microstructures and properties of Al-Fe-Ce-Ti-(Si) alloy hot extruded from rapidly solidificated powder obtained by rotary blade method. Results have shown that recrystallization temperature of the alloy can be enhanced in case of the addition of Ti element, but its strength at high temperature is decreased in case of the addition of Si for the low resistance to coarsing of forming α-Al_(12)(Fe, Ti)_3Si phase. The alloy without Si has a strength of 275MPa at 573K as a result of large amounts of second phase with superior heat stability.
