摘要 研究采用粉末冶金法制备铌基耐蚀仪表结构材料(Nb-40Ti-4Al-(0.2~0.3)O合金)。结果表明:采用Nb-Al中间合金粉和Ti粉,经混合、压制成形后,于1700℃真空烧结,保温4h,可制得致密且成分均匀的单相固溶体(氧含量0.2%~0.3%)。该合金易于加工成材,并且具有优良的综合性能,是理想的耐蚀仪表结构材料。使用效果良好。 The niobium corrosion-resistant meter structural materials (Nb-40Ti-4Al-(0.2~0.3) O alloy) made by P/M process have been studied. Results have shown that the densified monophase solid solution (0.2%~0.3% oxygen content) with homogeneous composition could be made by mixing Nb-Al intermidiate alloy powder and Ti powder that followed by compacting and sintering in vacuum at 1700℃ for 4h. This alloy is easy to be machined and has a superior combination of properties. Therefore, it is an ideal corrosion-resistant meter structural material with satisfactory performance in practical use.
