摘要
采用预烧钨骨架和熔渗工艺研制成功韶山型电力机车用Ag～W70触头。研究并解决了工艺中出现的各种问题。其性能达到有关技术规定,并通过了装车试验。目前该触头己进行批量生产。
The Ag-W70 contacts for type Shaoshan electric locomotives are prepared by pre-sietering W skeleton and Ag infiltrating process.Various problems revealed in processing have been studied and solved.Their properties have achieved technical requirements concerned and passed through trial run.At present, the contacts are being produced commercially.
