摘要
分析了SiC+C、SiC+Si等超微颗粒的形貌、粒度大小及分布和晶体结构。讨论了等离子弧电流I_T和I_J对超微粉粒度的影响。
The morphology, particle size and distribution and grain structure of SiC+C, SiC+Si and other superfine particles have been analysized. Influences of plasma transfer I_T and I_J on particle sizes of superfine powder were discussed.
