摘要
研究了在气压烧结条件下填料组成对Si_3N_4陶瓷致密化的影响,制造了高密度、高强度的β-Sialon陶瓷材料。结果表明,用Si_3N_4+BN+MgO或Si_3N_4+SiO_2作填料,能有效地抑制Si_3N_4的分解,促进β-Sialon陶瓷的烧结。结合X-ray、SEM分析,探讨了β-Sialon陶瓷的致密化机理。
Influence of filler compositions on the densification of Si_3N4 ceramics under the condition of gas pressure-sintering have been studied and the β-Sialon ceramic materials with high density and high strength have been manufactured. Results show that taking advantages of Si_3N_4+BN+MgO or Si_3N_4+SiO_2 as filler can effectively control the decomposition of Si_3N_4 and promote the sintering of β-Sialon ceramics. Densificating mechanism of β-Sialon has been discussed in combination with X-ray and SEM analysis.
