摘要
针对高校业余中长跑运动员的生理机能特点和高校运动训练的实际情况,以中长跑的项目特征为负荷依据,从训练手段、方法、营养等方面对高校业余中长跑训练进行了讨论。
The authores put forword their opinions on the physical training from the characteristic of medium and long-distance race;which resulted from the physiological function of the college amateur teams and their training cases.Also they suggested some training rules,training methods and the nutrition for college amateur teams.
