摘要
采用ISO新标准水泥在配制较低强度混凝土时容易产生和易性不良的现象,尤其是对于大流动性混凝土更为明显,主要是因为现有水泥的强度较高而使所用水泥浆的水灰过高和水泥用量过少,容易导致混凝土的离析、泌水和坍落度快速损失,工程实际中,根据条件不同,可以采用掺加细矿物混合材料、保塑剂或引气剂等方法有效地抑制这种和易性不良现象。
Adopting ISO new-standard cement to compound low-strength concrete is likely to cause poor workability, mainly because of the high strength of the cement and the high rate cement of the cement mortar,thus resulting in concrete's separating out, secreting water and quick collapsing. This paper points out such method of effectively preventing these phenomena as using mixed materials of fine minerals, plastics protecting coating , etc.
