摘要
随着塑胶跑道的出现和对短跑技术理论的进一步理解和探讨,认为后蹬不再是决定短跑成绩的主要动力,摆动力才是提高短跑速度的关键;以髋关节为轴的摆腿技术是短跑技术的重点。正确的摆腿动作,可有效保持跑的周期性、协调性和连惯性。
Dash race is an event of great speed. To give full play to human body’s maximum speed, human body must be moved forward in the most effective way. With the appearance of the plastic cement race track and further understanding and exploration on theory of dash skill, Pressing down backward with foot is no longer considered the chief impetus to decide the dash race achievement. The strength of swinging is the real key to increase the dash speed. The skill of swinging the thighs around the axis of the hipbone is the key point of dash skill. Correct act of swinging thighs can effectively keep the cyclicity, harmony and continuity of running.
