摘要 论文介绍了一种制备低介质电常数聚酰亚胺纳米泡沫材料的制备方法 ,同时探讨了关键的工艺参数对聚酰亚胺纳米泡沫材料合成的影响。 A preparation of polyimide nanofoams material is presented,and the effects of key technical parameter on the synthesis of polyimide nanofoams material are studied in this paper
