摘要
论文介绍了 F级高强度环氧玻璃布层压板的研制情况 ,研究了环氧树脂胶粘剂的合成 ,玻璃布层压板的制备工艺 ,原材料的影响因素及层压板性能。结果表明 ,F级高强度环氧玻璃布层压板具有高温下机械强度、浸水后绝缘电阻保持率较高等特点 ,可用作 F级大型、高压电机、电器设备的绝缘结构零部件 ,并可在潮湿环境中使用。
The paper descripes the development of class F high Strength epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet. The synthesis of adhesive based on epoxy resin, technique of making epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet, effects of raw materials on the properties of the sheet are investigated. The results show that the residual of the mechanical strength of the sheet is relatively high at high temperature, and its insulation resistance is high relatively in high humidity, etc. The sheet is suitable for making insulating parts of class F large, high voltage motors and other electric appliances whichwork in moisture condition.
