摘要
论文研究了应用于电解电容器中橡胶—酚醛纸基复合绝缘材料的绝缘电阻与温度的特性曲线 ,找出了国产复合绝缘材料存在的缺陷 ,即国产材料在有电解液的高温环境中 ,绝缘性明显降低。在高温下材料绝缘性的丧失与电容器中电解液和温度有关。对比了进口和国产板材的 log R- t曲线图 。
This paper studies the electric resistance and temperature's curve of rubber/pheolic paper matrix composites which are applied to electrolytic capacitor as insulating material. The fault in the domestic composites was found, the insulation properties of the domestic composites reduce obviously when it is immersed in electrolyte at high temperature. So the loss of the insulation of the domostic composites is relative to the hot electrolyte in electrolytic capacitor. The curves of the domestic copmposites' logR t contrasted with that of foreign ones'. The methods of enhancing the insulation properties of the domestic composites are discussed.
